Client Programs - Individuals must go through a full intake process with the appropriate case manager before beginning programs deemed to be client only programs. Please be reminded that all clients are welcome to participate in the open programs
Aromatherapy: Take a break from your daily rush. Gentle touch massage using essential oils. Arms & hands, feet & legs, or neck & shoulders.
Baking with Cheryl: Get together for an evening of baking. Learn something new or share your knowledge with others. New recipes every week.
Cancer Support Group: This is an open support group for those living with cancer focusing on managing expectations, coping strategies, relationships, communication and wellness.

Caregiver Support Group: This group is held on the second Thursday at 1:00- 3:00 p.m. and fourth Thursday at 10:30 - 12:30 followed by going out to lunch every month. Caregivers get together to share their stories, challenges & triumphs with a volunteer facilitator who leads them through their group discussion and support. Special activities and themes are also planned.
Chronic Disease Self- Management Program: A 6-week program that helps adults with chronic health conditions and their caregivers to manage pain, fatigue, healthy eating, physical fitness, deal with difficult emotions and depression management to better manager their symptoms and their daily life.
Circle of Hope: A support group for the newly bereaved or those newly processing their grief. Lunch provided. Twice a month.
Grieving Group: This is a closed 8-week bereavement support group held onsite and/or offsite. Minimum number of participants required.
Grieving Parents Group: Open peer-to-peer support group of parents/caregivers/grandparents who are grieving the loss of a child regardless of age. The third Thursday evening of each month from 6-7:30 p.m. Light meal provided.
Men’s Group: This group is open to men with life-limiting illness, a caregiver, or who are bereaved. Men’s Group is facilitated by men, and provides the opportunity to share and interact with other men. Often includes guest speakers or outings. Meets twice a month.
Monday Afternoon Tea: Residents and families, please join us for a traditional afternoon tea. Enjoy a variety of teas, baked goods, specialty jams and pleasant conversation.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers: A 6-week program for caregivers, facilitated by caregivers with lived experience, about taking care of you, communicating feelings, communicating in difficult situations, learning and making caregiving decisions.
Reiki: A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us.
Walk With Me: Whether you are living with a life-limiting illness, caregiving or bereaved, come join with other walking the journey. A 20-30 minute walk, followed by coffee. Children are welcome.
Yoga Fit (Thursday): This is a 10 week registered program which focuses on body awareness breathing and gentle stretching from 9:15 - 10:15 am. Advanced level.
Yoga (Monday): A 10 week register program combining gentle stretching and body awareness with breathing techniques. Yoga helps reduce stress and achieve a sense of calm. Modified for all levels, 11:30 -12:30 pm.
